Peter has served as Vice Chair of the International Air Transport Association’s (IATA) Passenger Facilitation Working Group, collaborating with representatives from airlines, airports, and governments around the globe to improve passengers’ international journeys. He has served on Airports Council International’s (ACI) World Facilitation and Services Standing Committee, the Board of Directors for the Airport Minority Advisory Council (AMAC), the global IAP Community of Practice Board, and currently serves on the ACI-NA Human Resources Committee Steering Group.

He is an accomplished facilitator who is experienced in sharing an honest analysis of internal organization strengths and weaknesses and connecting them to external opportunities and challenges. Peter has more than 25 years of experience developing, facilitating, and executing longer term strategic plans and near-term organizational initiatives.
